“Clueless!” : Fernández Noroña mocked the PAN legislators who spent the night in the Chamber of Deputies

In addition to members of the PAN, the members of the PRI and PRD arrived at the premises of the Legislative Palace of San Lazaro with mats, pillows and blankets to avoid “getting up early” in the session of next Sunday, April 17

The Petista deputy, Gerardo Fernández Noroña, once again used his official Twitter account to mock the members of the National Action Party (PAN) bench. This time, the reason for the legislator's mockery arose after the 113 deputies spent the night in the Chamber of Deputies after the discussion on the Electric Reform promoted by Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

In this way, the activist of the Labour Party (PT) wrote the following message: “What are you doing there, if the session will be on Sunday? Clueless! ”. Fernández Noroña also lashed out at Santiago Creel, a deputy of the blue and white party who said that his bench is ready to defeat the project promoted by the Tabasqueño.

In a publication, Creel Miranda said that the parliamentary groups of the PAN, the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD) and the Citizen Movement (MC) voted against the suspension of the meeting scheduled for this Tuesday, April 12, and will be moved to next Sunday in Resurrection.

In response, Fernández Noroña replied: “You, who are so sharp about the legal framework, I remind you that the Board of Directors had no power to decide that, we had already decided that at JUCOPO. I'm sure it was a courtesy of Sergio Gutiérrez Luna.” In addition, he described the members of the panista bench as “iberdrolos”.

In addition to his criticism of the PAN, the PT legislator mocked the PRI's who began to “stand guard” from San Lázaro since the 11th of April and in order to avoid “getting up early” for the vote on the Electricity Reform and for the discussion in which the fate of the National Electricity System (SEN) will be decided.

In this regard, the PRI members arrived at the Legislative Palace of San Lazaro with suitcases, blankets and mats, in a sign that they will remain in the premises until AMLO's initiative is completely rejected and it does not reach the Senate of the Republic.

“We have arrived in the Chamber of Deputies! They threatened to mobilize and even prevent the passage to democracy, but we got ahead of ourselves. Here we will spend the night!” , wrote Alejandro Moreno on his social networks along with a video in which he sees coming up with the militancy. Similarly, the PRD member decided to spend the night at the premises of the Chamber of Deputies, with blankets, mats and pillows.

In this regard, the PT legislator wrote the following message on Twitter: “The opposition is so ridiculous that I had planned to sleep last night in the Chamber of Deputies. I saw why yesterday they were so irritated, not only were their holidays spoiled, but also their sleepover.”

Last Monday, April 11, the Electric Reform of López Obrador was approved in committees, thus advancing to the plenary session of the Congress of the Union. The opinion was generally endorsed by 25 votes in favour and 19 against in the Energy Committee, and by 22 votes in favour and 18 against in the Committee on Constitutional Points.

In this way, the Morena National Regeneration Movement (Morena) bench will require a qualified majority to be endorsed in the session next Sunday, April 17. This means that the cherry party and its allies (PT and the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico), will need at least part of the opposition to support them in the votes.
