Néstor Villanueva denies abandoning his family after separating from Flor Polo: “I fought for my marriage”

Nestor Villanueva appeared on the program En boca de Todos on the afternoon of this March 15 and again spoke about the end of his marriage with Flor Polo Diaz, who had more than 12 years of relationship, but decided to separate three months ago.

During the interview, the host Maju Mantilla asked her if she would like to reconcile with the mother of her children, however, the cumbiambero began by clarifying that at no time has he left out to their little ones. According to the singer, several people have been writing to him to attack him for 'abandoning' their relationship.

“First I want to clarify to many people who think or write that I abandoned the relationship, I never gave up anything. I have fought for my marriage, for my family, I have given everything I could and I have done it from the heart. Unfortunately things happen and they get out of hand,” he said.

Upon hearing it, Gino Pesaressi interrupted him and asked him if he considers that there is any pending conversation with the daughter of Susy Diaz. Nestor quickly did not hesitate to answer and pointed out that the errors he had can be solved.

“I think that's it, we need to sit down and talk about things as they are, in a relationship both parties have to do their part and talk. When you want to move the family forward, you talk, if there were any mistakes or problems they talk about and they can be solved in the family,” he replied.

Finally, it was Tula Rodríguez who asked him if he had already gone to find his still wife to have a pleasant chat and open up the possibility of returning as a couple. “I've looked everywhere to talk, but I haven't had an answer,” said the artist.

Given this, psychologist Tomás Angulo, who was on the set of the program, noted that there are two explanations why Flor Polo doesn't want to talk to him. One of them would be because Néstor doesn't listen or understand her or because she no longer has the same feelings towards the father of her children.

It should be noted that at the time, Florcita Polo stated that one of the reasons for the end of their relationship was due to the lack of attention and affection on the part of her husband. In addition, she was determined to follow her path and not to change her mind regarding their separation.

Néstor Villanueva and Flor Polo Díaz have been together for more than 10 years despite the objections of Susy Diaz, who always disagreed with their love relationship and subsequent marriage. Although he did not want to go into details, he replied that he has always “respected the decision of the parents”, but that sometimes it is necessary to prioritize the family.

This answer did not convince Brunella Horna, who frontally asked him: “Why do you think Susy Diaz didn't want you for Flor?” . It was at that moment that Nestor Villanueva said that the former vedette did not think that he was the best option to be the partner of Florcita Polo Díaz.

“I think my mother-in-law does love me, only that suddenly parents want the best for our children. Suddenly she didn't think it was the best thing or suddenly I'm not the best thing for her. Sometimes parents are wrong too,” said the national singer.
