RECETA PISCO SOUR

Over time, new versions of this Peruvian classic have been created. Some have added fruit extracts to highlight the taste of pisco. INGREDIENTS: 6 ounces of Peruvian pisco (recommendation: make it quebranta), 6 ounces pre-mix of sour mix, 1 egg white, drops of angostura bitters, ice.

PREPARATION: In a bowl or mixer we add 6 ounces of pisco quebranta or whatever is to your liking. Add 6 ounces of a pre-mix of sour mix. The fact: How to prepare the sour mix? To do this you need to collect 1/4 of sugar, water, lime juice and lemon. Optionally you can add 1 egg white to make it frothy. First you need to dissolve the sugar with water, when it is ready you add the other ingredients. This mixture is also refrigerated.

RECETA CHILCANO

INGREDIENTS: 8 ice cubes, 1 acholado pisco, 1 bottle of large Ginger Ale and 3 lemons (you can squeeze them on the spot to maintain the freshness of the citrus).

PREPARATION: this preparation lasts 5 to 10 minutes if we plan to make 4 drinks at the same time. The first indications that the mixture of the old Taberna Queirolo tells us that for 1 measure of pisco we must add 3 measures of Ginger Ale, drops of lemon to taste and 2 large or smaller ice, according to your preference. RECETA MACHU PICCHU

This is one of the colorful cocktails that you can enjoy any month of the year. Its name is related to our Wonder of the World, the creation of the Incas in Cusco. Their colors represent these leaders who ruled ancient Peru.

INGREDIENTS: 1 ounce of grenadine syrup, 6 ice cubes, 1 ounce of spearmint cream, 1 1/2 ounce of pisco quebranta, juice of 1 orange or Frugos, 1 grated lemon peel.
