Eric del Castillo has been one of the most endearing actors that Mexican television has ever had, but what few knew is a curious anecdote that the story lived with Juan Soler during the recordings of the soap opera Apuesta por un amor, which premiered in 2008 and was a great success.
And it was Soler himself, who decided to tell a fun moment in which, Kate del Castillo's father “went out for drinks” during one of the melodrama filming.
It was during the Sale el Sol program that the Argentinian told that on the day these events happened, the team had moved to a spa in Tequestitengo, but because people did not want to vacate the place, they had to postpone the recordings.
“We arrived and obviously we couldn't record because nobody wanted to leave the spa, so they tell us: 'nothing is recorded, you can go. ' We went with Mr. Fernando Robles, Fabian's father, and with Eric del Castillo, we went to have a drink around. We did tell don Eric a little bit, good we got the three of us,” he said.
In this regard, Soler pointed out that they later went to a runway of ultralight planes, as the driver accompanied them.

It is worth remembering that, although Eric del Castillo does not usually cause much controversy, he recently came out to defend Kate del Castillo, after his daughter was made viral by a meeting he had with Ana Gabriel during the tour that the latter offered in the United States.
And it is that several rumors began to emerge on social networks that questioned the sexual orientation of the protagonist of Ungovernable.
The performer who shone on the big screen with The Sheriff's Strange Son, Street Dog, The Nieces of the Devil, El tunco Maclovio, Riding with Death, among many others, gave an interview for the program De primermano, where he mentioned that he did not hear the exchange of words that the two famous people had during Ana Gabriel's concert at The Forum California.
“They even put her as a lesbian, they don't even grind her, anymore... at two o'clock. For God's sake, as if I don't know my daughter, it's all gossip, hot for the public and for the bad press that doesn't respect people,” he said.
The 87-year-old actor called for the public not to fall into speculation about the private life of his daughters and, based on his experience of approximately 67 years of experience, commented that the best decision an artist can make is not to debate not to complain because otherwise the problem becomes more media.
The rumors sparked after TikTok user @jofranko13 posted a video he recorded when Ana Gabriel joked about the possibility of asking Kate to marry him. Although it was a joke where both recognized their trajectory, some netizens took it literally.
