Holy Week: Peruvian show figures celebrating the long holiday outside Lima

Hundreds of Peruvians take advantage of the long holiday of Easter to rest or go on a trip. After being confined for the last two years by the COVID-19 pandemic, some figures of Peruvian show business have not hesitated to grab their bags and fall into a short walk from this Thursday, April 14.

Although the traditional thing for believers is to go through the seven churches, watch classic films such as “The Passion of Christ” and stay at home, some take the opportunity to do something out of the routine and get out of Lima.

Such is the case of Magaly Medina, Paloma Fiuza, Andrés Wiese and more famous people who decided to celebrate Holy Week leaving Lima or Peru.

The host of Magaly TV La Firme shared with her more than 1 million followers on Instagram that she was stuck in traffic on the Central Highway. Although he did not reveal where he was going in an initiation, hours later he recorded several videos telling that he was in Junín.

The ATV figure traveled in the company of her husband Alfredo Zambrano and close friends. “What a fun trip,” wrote the popular 'Magpie' in her Instagram stories.

The América Hoy host looked very happy on her social networks celebrating with a group of friends. Although she did not reveal where she was, one of her colleagues shared on her Instagram that they were in Cancun, Mexico.

The host informed her program that D'Mañana was on the plane waiting for news, because she didn't know if she was going to miss her flight to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. However, at approximately 10:47 in the morning he said that the strike had been lifted and they were about to take off.
