Yahaira Plasencia: Former dancer accuses her of labor abuse and tells everything she suffered in the orchestra

Yahaira Plasencia again in the eye of the storm. Kimberly Pimentel, one of the former members of Yahaira and her Orchestra, recounted the abuse she received by the salsa singer when they worked together five years ago. His testimony went viral on TikTok, causing public outrage.

It all started when a user recognized her as one of the singers of the female group that Plasencia launched after her controversial departure from Son Tentación. “Isn't she the one who sang with Yahaira?” , commented one netizen, to which Kimberly, under the user @kimie .music, answered yes.

Netizens immediately asked him what the reason for his departure had been, as many remembered that the group broke up amid accusations of mistreatment by the dancers, who decided to resign in 2017.

It was in another video that the now soloist told about the bad experience she had next to Yahaira, when she was just coming of age and just starting out in the art world.

“It's a very long story. There were a lot of problems in the orchestra, we never came to an agreement. A lot of times the lady had some weird moods and you had to put up with it. On stage, before one of the dancers came in, I was afraid of everything, that if I am very fat, that if I lost weight, that if I was wrong in a voice, or in a step,” he said.

“It was a pod that I was on stage, he pulled me and said: 'Stop doing h*evadas'. To this, increase that he was 18 years old and was just starting out in music. I have so many things to say. But all in all, it was a p**mother experience, I learned a lot,” he added.

ACCUSED HER OF LABOR ABUSE IN THE PAST

This is not the first time that Kimberly Pimentel has come to the front to tell about Yahaira's bad attitude. In 2017, the artist said that she never resigned from the orchestra, but that she was fired along with two other vocalists because they didn't want to sign an “abusive” contract.

“One of the clauses that most upset me is that if we talked about it we had to pay a civil reparation of 30,000 soles (...) She knows that I have evidence to support the psychological abuse she has caused me. He refused us, he told us to get off our cloud, that we haven't reached anything,” he said for the program Love, Love, Love.

To prove her accusations, the former worker leaked an audio of Yahaira speaking rather obfuscated to the members of her orchestra. “Here I don't want little stars, I don't want roe*** that the fumes are rising because they are up to the hue*** in that aspect”, you hear the salsera say.

In 2017, the interpreter of “Dime” stated that she was not involved in the issue of contracts and that she was not forcing anyone to sign it if she did not agree with the provisions.

Regarding the alleged mistreatment of Kimberly, Plasencia explained: “I have had many mishaps with her. In every work there are arguments about things that I am not going to say and they take me out of the boxes. That audio is my voice. I told them not to create stars because we were just starting out. She was spoiled.”
