Ricardo Monreal, Senator de Morena and president of the Political Coordination Board (Jucopo), accused that behind Sandra Cuevas's separation as mayor of Cuauhtémoc in Mexico City are René's political groups Bejarano and Dolores Padierna, in addition, the government of the capital, led by Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.
The senator was interviewed about the case of the mayor of the mayor's office Cuauhtémoc who was removed from office, before presenting her book The Great Reforms for Regime Change, at the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos (UAEM), where she declared that Cuevas is her friend and, in her opinion, the process being carried out in against him represents an excess of justice, which he described as a “judge”, because he should not have been removed from office, since there is jurisprudence of the Court in Mexico.
He assured that this is an accusation that lacks all credibility, since it is pointed out that it has “slapped” two robust policemen, something that is implausible, but he trusted that he will wage the charge.
It should be noted that last Wednesday René Bejarano, former federal deputy of the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD), indicated that Ricardo Monreal and the interests he supposedly defends from the Senate of the Republic will be fighting within the National Regeneration Movement (Morena).

Through his Twitter account, Bejarano shared a video in which he questioned the defense that the president of the Political Coordination Board of the Senate of the Republic gave to the mayor of Cuauhtémoc, Sandra Cuevas.
In the speech he issued, the politician from Mexico City argued that the defense of Cuevas is not the only one, because for “some time” Monreal Ávila has been observed supporting other political parties and other causes outside those who abandon the Fourth Transformation.
Faced with this, the now Morena militant asserted that inside the party the senator will be fought, because, he said, they will not allow him to bypass the statutes of the cherry party and join the opposition while representing Q4.
“We are going to have to fight against @RicardoMonrealA and its interests, since it defends the indefensible of a candidate from other parties like @SandraCuevas_. We're not going to allow it. We will continue to fight and move forward with the #4T project”, was the message that accompanied the recording.

After it was announced that a federal judge ordered the suspension of Sandra Cuevas as a delegate of the Cuauhtémoc, Monreal Ávila described Cuevas as “a woman of integrity ” and called the determination against him a “judicial coup”.
After being approached by the media, the Morenista assured that Cuevas Nieves is a “woman of integrity” and described as an “excess” the precautionary measures determined by the controlling judge during the first hearing of the flag bearer of the coalition Va por México.
“I never have in my mind, nor in my past, to deny my friends, to deny the people I care about. I think that delegate Sandra Cuevas is a woman of integrity, she is a worthy woman. I express my solidarity because I am not one to hide a friendship or leave them when they are in disgrace and to be with them only when they are on the high cusps of fortune and power,” said the 61-year-old politician.
However, Bejarano was not the only one to question the actions of the former governor of Zacatecas, as federal deputies asked to “remove the mask” because they accused him of defending interests from other political parties and assured that they will request their expulsion from the institute.
At a press conference from Xalapa, Veracruz, legislators Armando Antonio Gómez Betancourt, Itzel Domínguez, Claudia Tello, Rosalba Valencia, Angelica Peña and Dulce María Villegas indicated that, in their opinion, Monreal has only favored the ideas of the Citizen Movement (MC) and the National Action Party (PAN) within the Upper House.
