We provided videos, photographic records, the police report of the traffic accident and the breathalyzer tests, carried out on the driver of the MIO mass transport vehicle and one of the companions of the van in which Freddy Rincón was being transported. It will only be the Prosecutor's Office responsible for clarifying the facts,” said María del Mar Solanilla, secretary in charge.

“There were Freddy (Rincon), former mayor of Buenaventura Édison Ruiz and a couple of other friends. As we always do, we talked about football, watched the matches of the Colombian tournament, and then we listened to salsa because Freddy really liked this kind of music,” said Vladimir Mosquera.

When I felt tired I decided to go home, I said goodbye to everyone, and the surprise was the next day when I saw on the news about Freddy's accident (...) Like every human being, Freddy was cheerful, he liked to share with friends and talk about things. Until the moment I was with him, I saw him sober and happy. From then on I don't know what happened.”
