Authorities from the State of Mexico released the motive for the murder that occurred on March 26 inside a gym in Metepec, since the alleged murderer would have taken his victim's life through a parking place.

César “N”, allegedly responsible for the murder, was linked to prosecution because the Public Ministry of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the entity (FGJEM) obtained elements to charge him for the events in which he and a fellow who accompanied him had shot the victim.

After the arrest of the subject, the agency managed to establish that the murder of the owner of the gym had been killed due to the quarrels he had with the aggressor, since both disputed a parking space inside the shopping plaza where the place was located.

“It is worth mentioning that, with the progress in the investigation, it has been established that the motive for this murder is related to quarrels held by the probable participants with the victim, since César “N” is also a tenant of the shopping mall where the events took place and it was determined that days before the murder, the probable participant was had an argument with the victim apparently about the parking spaces,” the Prosecutor's Office reported.

According to information released by the agency, the events took place on March 26 in the gym located on Ignacio Comonfort Avenue, in the La Providencia neighborhood, where César “N” had gone in the company of another subject aboard a Nissan vehicle.

“Both individuals climbed the staircase to the scene, one of those involved fired at the victim, resulting in his death and moments later the two probable participants left the site and boarded the aforementioned automotive unit in which they fled on Comonfort Avenue in the direction of downtown Metepec,” reported the Prosecutor's Office.

After receiving the complaint about the events, authorities of the State of Mexico began the proceedings to find the alleged perpetrator of the events, so monitoring began through the C5 cameras.

Thanks to the investigations, the vehicle in which the aggressors traveled was located, which had previously identified traffic plates and was driving along the Tenango del Valle-Ixtapan de la Sal highway, at the height of the San Pedro Tlanixco community, which was driven by César “N”, so it was stopped at the scene.
