Piero Quispe is one of the big revelations in 2022 with Universitario de Deportes. The striker won a place in the starting eleven and match by match has shown that he is up for great things. In a recent interview he confessed that he would like to play for Boca Juniors, one of the biggest clubs in America. In addition, he also analyzed his moment with the 'creams', a team with which he renewed for three years.
“I haven't won anything yet, I'm going step by step. I never thought that when I was 20 years old I would start in the club of which I am a fan. My dream is to play outside one day, I would like to play in Boca Juniors”, confessed to DirecTV the footballer who has participated in all the commitments of the 'merengues' in the year.

In addition, he also commented that the Peruvian national team is not so distant and that 'Aladino', who is in the victory against Paraguay, is their benchmark for the 'blanquirroja'. “I think I need to improve some things but I'm not that far from the national team. Christian Cueva is my reference,” he said.
Recall that Piero Quispe renewed his contract with Universitario de Deportes and will play in 'cream' for the next three seasons unless an offer from abroad exceeds the club's expectations. This new firm meant an economic improvement and better conditions in its favor. The 'meringues' own their pass card and any club that wishes to have the athlete in their ranks must negotiate with the Ate squad.

The next time the skillful athlete can be seen in action will be this Sunday, April 3rd, when the 'creams' face ADT de Tarma at the Monumental stadium in Lima, which will have 80% of the capacity enabled for their fans. This commitment corresponds to the eighth date of the 2022 League 1 Apertura Tournament.
It is important to note that so far the striker has played all the official matches of the 'U' of the season, two for the Copa Libertadores and seven for the domestic tournament. So far he has not scored goals or provided assists, but he has been vital in all the attacks of the team led by Álvaro Gutiérrez, who plan to go out with Piero accompanied by Hernán Novick and Rodrigo Vilca within the eleven in the next match.

PIERO QUISPE DREAMS OF PLAYING ALONGSIDE CHRISTIAN CUEVA
In a recent interview, Piero Quispe confessed that he would like to play alongside Christian Cueva on the Peruvian national team, making it clear that he takes everything in stride.
“My dream is to play for the Peruvian National Team. Whatever God wants, in due course, but I take it easy. I must first work well in my club, University, and keep growing. I follow Christian Cueva, I dream of playing alongside him in the national team and I will continue to work hard to achieve it,” academy-trained player Héctor Chumpitaz told Depor.
