Talking about self-love has been a recurring theme for the last time and among social networks mainly. For example, several national entertainment figures have put this issue on the table and, recently, so did Karen Martinez.
Thus, on Monday, March 28, the actress published two photographs on her social networks in which she is seen doing yoga, in turn, she also shared a message highlighting the importance of self-love and, therefore, of self-discipline; since she believes that one thing simply cannot exist without the other. All this is seen from the perspective of yoga.
“Yoga is self-love. And self-love needs self-discipline. Taking time for yourself appreciating every aspect of your life will make you a better person, calmer, more loving, more aware and awake. Self-discipline is self-love and the two of them are inseparable, the one is necessary for the other, you don't have to be so hard on yourself that you don't have to enjoy your life, but you have to be disciplined to do what needs to be done, to create the life you want, when you love someone, you take care of them... when you love you, you have the discipline to take care of you.”
As far as yoga is concerned, on the Instagram account of the presenter you can find several videos on the subject, some of them in conjunction with Annie Moves, who works as a physical trainer. However, this is not the only content Martínez shares about health and wellness, as he has also published exercise routines.
The Cartagena has a large career in television, entering into several fields. If we talk about acting, she has captured her talent in this regard in 'Amor a mil' (2001), of course you cannot fail to name 'El cartel de los sapos' (2008) because of the success with which any media outlet would surely define it.
