On the afternoon of this Thursday, March 16, a van hit six people on Tláhuac Avenue and Camino a Santa Cruz Street, in the San Lorenzo Tezonco neighborhood of the Iztapalapa mayor's office; one woman died as a result of the incident and another lost her leg.
Two minors were also injured after being hit by the vehicle with registration number PAM-4986; emergency personnel came to their aid to treat them on the spot and then transfer them to a nearby hospital.
Police from the Ministry of Citizen Security (SCC) cordoned off the area for experts from the Attorney General's Office of Mexico City (FGJ) to collect evidence, while a helicopter from Los Condores took the woman to a medical center due to the seriousness of her injuries.
