Aguilar is also the aunt of another victim who is locked up in the intensive care unit (ICU) due to the severity of the injury after the accident. Aguilar Ortega said that when her son was not found, a few minutes later he received a call that the minor was at the door of Play Land Park, but he was injured and he did not confess that the person who called him was not confirmed. “He did not identify himself and did not even say that his son had an accident.” He added.
The woman pointed out that “responsibility is 100% of Play Land Park” and that it could happen to a minor who attended an amusement park and had a good time with her family, but who discovered a moment of horror. “It's not an accidental event, it's a negligence.” He concluded.
