The Draw for the 2017 Fed Cup by BNP Paribas was held at the ITF AGM in Zagreb, Croatia on Monday. First round ties will take place on 11-12 February 2017. The 2016 finalists were automatically the top two seeds in the 2017 World Group, while the remaining seeds were based on the latest ITF Fed Cup Nations Ranking of 18 April 2016.
