Lane4, Loughborough University Launch Executive Education Programme

Guardar

A new high performance leadership programme which combines performance development consultancy, Lane4’s applied experience in the corporate world, the latest thinking in human performance from the UK’s premier university for sport, Loughborough, and insights from Team GB performance directors, athletes and coaches will be launched in November 2011.

The High Performance Leadership Academy is a four day residential development programme that will be hosted on Loughborough University’s campus - the official 2012 preparation camp headquarters for Team GB.

The programme will explore leadership from individual, team and organisational perspectives. It will appeal to senior leaders looking for a learning experience which is distinct to traditional executive education programmes. The Academy offers a unique perspective on the world of elite sporting performance and supports delegates in applying insights to business – whether creating mentally tough leaders or leading high performing teams; coaching for performance or the leader’s role in creating a high performance environment.

Speaking of the programme, Lane4’s Managing Director, Adrian Moorhouse said:"Lane4 is very excited to be partnering with Loughborough University to provide our clients with this unique development opportunity. Participants will gain a true insight into leading world class performance at a time when athletes and coaches are making their final preparations to deliver in London."

Chris Earle, Director of Sport at Loughborough said:

"As Loughborough enters a fantastically exciting year of delivery to British sport, it feels very appropriate that we also offer insight from our own sporting world of elite performance to British business, in partnership with Lane4. We can’t wait to get started! "
