IAAF Portal to Report Doping

The IAAF has launched a secure online portal in six languages that can be used to report doping, the latest weapon in its fight against cheating in sport. The launch ensures that reporting suspicions of doping is made as easy as possible by simply clicking on the ‘REPORT DOPING’ banner which is displayed on the main IAAF home page and its medical and anti-doping section.The page – which is available in English, French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Arabic – is available here.

For anyone who does not know, Jamie is a two-time Olympian and four-time USA Champion in the high jump. He earned his place on the podium the right way, through hard work and dedication to his craft. He is now a private coach for an elite group of jumpers, in addition to an actor, writer, and producer. Those within the track world and beyond are fond of his regular interview series, Holla Athcha Boy, where he interviews world class and Olympic athletes.On Saturday, April 23rd, 2016 Jamie Nieto was involved in a tragic accident while at practice, during which he suffered spinal cord injuries. All the details are still coming together regarding his condition and prognosis, however one thing is clear: he needs our help. Volunteer Applications Now Being Accepted for 2019 World Championships

Applications are now being accepted for more than 600 volunteer positions as Utah prepares to host the 2019 FIS Freestyle, Snowboarding and Freeski World Championships, Feb. 1-10, 2019.

Volunteers for the 2019 World Championships will enjoy a front row seat to all the action and have the pleasure of welcoming more than 1,300 athletes and teams from 36 countries. In addition, volunteers will be rewarded with lift ticket vouchers from the host venues - Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain and Solitude Mountain Resort. They will also receive official event uniforms and meals during volunteer shifts. A variety of volunteer positions are available, including on-mountain and off-mountain opportunities.

The ISA Individual Scholarship was established in 2007 and has awarded more than $288,500 in scholarships to further the education and surfing careers of more than 300 surfers.

-The ISA will distribute a total of $20,000 USD to be divided amongst all recipients

ITU opens bidding for the 2021 Grand Final

ITU has opened the bidding process for the crown jewel of its annual calendar, welcoming cities all around the world to deliver their proposals to host the 2021 ITU World Triathlon Grand Final and Age Group World Championships. The time has also come to welcome offers from those cities interested in organising, for the first time ever, the 2021 ITU World Triathlon Sprint & Relay Championships as well as the 2020 and 2021 ITU World Triathlon Multisport Festivals, the 2019 ITU World Cup and 2019 ITU Paratriathlon events.

Host Bidding Announcement 11th Esports World Championship 2019

International Esports Federation(IESF) has now issued all its member federations with the "Official Host Bidding Announcement" for the 11th Esports World Championship 2019.

IESF hosts an annual World Championship and has successfully done so since 2009 when it held its first such world championship in Taebaek (South Korea). Since then, the championships have grown in size and stature. In 2017, there were 455 participants form 39 countries.

Thus, the host city bidding process is currently up on running for the 11th IESF Esports World Championship, which will be held in 2019.

All bids have to be submitted on or before 30th September 2018.
