Oscar del Portal: Fiorella Mendez and the time she got nervous when she talked about infidelity

In 2019, Fiorella Mendez received public support, after her then partner Pedro Loli was ampayated with another woman entering a hotel. Three years have passed since that event and now the producer of La Banda del Chino is accused of being the apple of contention in the marriage of Oscar del Portal with Vanessa Quimper.

On Tuesday, April 19, Magaly Medina achieved 15.7 rating points by broadcasting images of the sports journalist spending the night with Fiorella Méndez in his apartment, the same as is uninhabited since his wife and children are vacationing in Punta Cana. Aldo Miyashiro and Fiorella Retiz were also caught in affectionate situations.

However, everything seems to indicate that this clandestine romance comes from much earlier. On Monday, April 18, the same day they were recorded together, Aldo Miyashiro broadcast a new episode of the digital space Habla Chino titled “Who are the most faithful? Men or women?” , where Fiorella took part to give her point of view.

In that video, Mendez said that he had never been unfaithful to some of his partners. “They've done it to me, never have I. I've never turned anyone around. Who would it be?” , he said. However, she started laughing when her own partners on the show began to annoy her with a supposed hunk in her life. “I don't have a crush, I'm alone. I'm single, really. Yes or no, friend?” , he said with nervous laughter.

FIORELLA MENDEZ WOULDN'T ADMIT TO INFIDELITY

During another moment of the conversation, one of her classmates called her a “wooden face” and pointed out that she would never admit to being unfaithful to her partner, something she herself confirmed without problems. “I would never say it, for what? He's not going to notice either,” he said to the surprise of the presenters, who realized that he might have been lying during the program.

“You've been saying 'never'. And we believed it,” they told him. After that, Mendez stressed again that he would not be unfaithful to his partner, if he had one. “When I've been in a relationship, I was never unfaithful. But the truth is, I wouldn't say it,” he said. Andrea San Martín, who listened carefully to her words, asked her how she was so sure of her answer if she was never in the position of not being faithful to someone. Fiorella didn't know what to answer.

Later, the producer of La Banda del Chino stated that she did not want a relationship right now because all the men she knew had shown her that they were not faithful. “That's why it was, I'm disappointed,” she said. Was he referring to Oscar del Portal?

WHY DID FIORELLA MÉNDEZ AND PEDRO LOLI SEPARATE?

The communicator was the partner of cumbia singer Pedro Loli. The two broke up in October 2021 and, apparently, their breakup was due to the ampay that the musical artist starred in 2019 with a woman just 19 years old, named Jamileth Resurrection.

At that time, the young woman came out to say that she did have a relationship with the cumbia singer and that they were sneaking out. To prove infidelity, the program Magaly Medina showed videos of Pedro next to Jamileth late at night.

Despite everything, Fiorella forgave him and gave him a second chance. They even got engaged in La Banda del Chino. The relationship did not end up working and both assured that their separation was on good terms for the welfare of their 3-year-old son.

Their cordial relationship came to an end when the television producer wrote on Instagram: “I was tolerant for several years, I kept silent out of respect, but I realized that I was never respected. It's over, no more.”
