'Without tits there is no paraíso 'is a series produced in 2006 by Caracol Televisión, which based on the book of the same name by Gustavo Bolivar achieved a great reception in the audience and even broke records in ratings. In fact, his success was such that he won six India Catalina Awards and two TVyNovelas.
After this version, which is considered as the original, came the versions of Telecinco (Spain) and Telemundo (United States), the latter being the one that got the most benefit, as it created a whole saga that had several titles: 'Without breasts there is no paradise', 'Without breasts yes there is paradise' and 'The end of paradise'.
However, it is Caracol's production that most viewers remember, as well as its stellar cast, mainly made up of María Adelaida Puerta (Catalina Santana), Sandra Beltrán ('The Devil'), Jenni Osorio (Ximena), Marilyn Patiño (Paola) and Margarita Rosa Arias (Vanessa).
In fact, the followers of these actresses were surprised to see that after 16 years they met again, and although it was thought that it was to make a retread of 'Without tits there is no paradise', the journalist Carlos Ochoa reported that unfortunately this is not the case, but that it is a new project.
According to what is stated by the 'Television Bible', as the presenter of Teleantioquia is known, it is a play that these women put on with the direction and support of Johan Velandia, which aims to show the drama and consequences that many women have experienced due to plastic surgeries and implants.
In addition, it was revealed that another actress who will come to support the story and will serve as a testimony of life is Natalia Durán, who currently suffers from thyroid cancer and a disease called Asia syndrome, which, according to a recent YouTube video, came after the aesthetic touches that were practiced in the past.
It is key to point out that the original cast of 'Without tits there is no paradise' is no longer complete, because a few months ago one of its most beloved members lost his life because of COVID-19.
This is the actor Fabio Restrepo, remembered for playing the role of drug trafficker Marcial Barrera, who died on February 2, after staying in an intensive care unit for a month and a half, due to complications resulting from illness.
Days before the death of the Antioquian actor, who made his acting debut in the film 'Sumas y Substas', his other son, actor and producer Andrés Restrepo, also died of the same causes.
