Barbara de Regil asked her “haters” to stop criticism of her person

Whether it's selling proteins, her comments on social media, her live broadcasts, using filters or even wanting an Oscar award, actress Barbara de Regil has become a controversial character that sparks all kinds of criticism and comments.

With her outgoing personality, the protagonist of Rosario Tijeras had faced constant scandals and hostile comments on Instagram, the social network she frequents the most, but recently decided to stop her “haters” and even suggested that they take psychological therapy.

Through two videos on her Instagram account, Barbara de Regil demanded respect for herself and others, as she recently received harsh criticism about her appearance. In the recordings, the influencer also showed some screenshots of the series of comments she received.

“That I am operated on, what disgusting abs, her surgeon is in palms, she is obsessed, how false... What easier to criticize no? , it's easier to judge others than to correct your mistakes,” he said, alluding to the various hostile messages he received on the internet.

With her characteristic temper, the actress showed that she has enough self-esteem “I Barbara am the most beautiful thing I have ever seen because I love myself and I know who I am, nobody's opinion defines the person I am. We all deserve respect, start respecting... at least others,” he said.

However, she made it clear that she is no longer willing to endure aggressions from unknown persons and called for bullying to cease. In the description of one of her videos, the influencer even gave advice to her “haters”:

“Real- TAKE THERAPY- MAKE PEACE WITH YOU AND OTHERS, READ I recommend: emotional intelligence, self-awareness, emotional wounds, the power of now, the law of success etc. GET UP ♥️ THANK ♥️ RATE ♥️ HAVE EXERCISE ♥️ DANCE ♥️ SING ♥️ TAKE OUT YOUR RAGE IN BOX”, he wrote.

Recently the actress shared that she is very inspired to see Eugenio Derbez triumph in international cinema. That is why, in conversation with several reporters, the actress made it clear that she is not worried if people make fun of her goal, because she feels comfortable setting the goal of winning an Oscar award.

When asked by a reporter from Sale el Sol if she would like to receive a statuette, the actress replied: “Of course they do, even if people make fun of other people's dreams, but of course they do.”

Likewise, the actress made it clear that she does not feel particularly pressured to receive that award from La Academia: “And if I don't get to do it, if I don't get to be nominated for an Oscar, if I don't arrive, nothing happens, but we always have to set a goal,” she said.

The influencer also shared that she has already thought about the speech she would give if she were one day awarded at the Academy of Cinematographic Arts awards: “I would start with 'Thank you Mexico, I love you all, '” she laughed.

Eugenio Derbez is the one who inspired Bárbara de Regil to set that goal, since in the most recent edition of these awards, CODA (2021) won the award for Best Film, a film in which the Mexican actor participated.
