RECETA TALLARINES ROJOS

INGREDIENTS: 1 kilo of noodles noodles, 1/2 kilo of ground beef, 2 diced purple onions, 4 blended tomatoes, 3 teaspoons of ground garlic, 5 teaspoons of panca pepper (red pepper), vegetable oil, mushroom, bay leaves, oregano, parmesan cheese, salt and peppers.

RECETA TALLARINES EN SALSA ALFREDO

INGREDIENTS: 250 grams of pasta (fettuccini, spaghetti or the one of your choice), 100 grams of English ham cut into squares, 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of unprepared flour, 1 cup of evaporated milk, 1 and a half tablespoons of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of grated nutmeg, 2 liters of water, 1 tablespoonful of vegetable oil and grated parmesan cheese to taste.
