Authorities from the State of Mexico captured Javier “N”, allegedly responsible for the femicide of Susana Posadas, who disappeared on March 22 and was found dead inside a sack in Atizapán.
The Attorney General's Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) reported that elements of the unit, in coordination with agents of the entity's Secretary of Security, captured the man who was caught on video while transporting the victim's body inside a sack, which he carried in a wheelbarrow to his destination.
The alleged feminicide deposited the body of Susana Posadas on a property in the San Juan Bosco neighborhood in Atizapán, which he would have done after kidnapping and murdering his victim, who had left his home days earlier to attend a job interview.
Residents of the Area alerted the authorities to the presence of suspected human remains inside the sack deposited on the premises, so that State security personnel moved to the scene and confirmed the presence of a body.

Subsequently, experts from the Mexican prosecutor's office managed to establish the identity of the victim, who had been reported missing by her relatives on March 26, while her lifeless body was found on the 25th of the same month.
The last time Susana's relatives saw her alive was the day she left home to go to the Profesor Cristóbal Higuera neighborhood, where she would attend an interview to try to get a job.
After filing the complaint with the authorities, the victim's relatives were notified of the presence of a body in the Forensic Medical Service, which had been lifted after being abandoned on the streets of Atizapán, corresponding to Susana.
The agent of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Prosecutor Specialized in Femicide will be responsible for clarifying the facts and representing the victims before the judge who will conduct the proceedings against Javier “N”.

On March 27, the alleged feminicide of Athena, a 13-year-old girl murdered in Ecatepec, State of Mexico, was admitted to the Neza Bordo prison due to the judicial process she faces over the accusations against her.
Fernando Vilchis, mayor of Ecatepec, reported on Sunday, March 27, that José Manuel “N” was admitted to the Mexican penitentiary center through a strong security device made up of elements of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) and the Department of Public Security and State Traffic.
The accused was placed at the disposal of a supervising judge on charges of aggravated femicide following the fulfillment of an arrest and search warrant against him made by the Mexican prosecutor's office.
According to information provided by authorities, Josué Manuel “N” was carrying a .9 millimeter gun when he was apprehended by elements of the Attorney General of the State of Mexico (FGEM), which he could have used in the crime committed against the minor.
Athena, the 13-year-old victim, was found lifeless by residents of the José María Morelos y Pavón Housing Unit, better known as Fovissste, in the municipality of Ecatepec. The girl was reportedly killed on March 6, when her body was found. The minor was identified as Athena “N” and her body was abandoned behind building number 92, located very close to where the victim lived.
