The government of the State of Mexico shared the call for Edomex Scholarships for undergraduate, postgraduate and research support.
Together with the Mexican Council of Science and Technology (Comecyt), the Ministry of Education and the Autonomous University of Edomex (UAEM), they announced the requirements for Edomex students in order to promote their professional, technological and scientific development.
Undergraduate scholarship
It is for students who are registered within the DUAL Education Model in Edomex institutions of higher education and who are studying the last two years of their curriculum. The amount of support is 3 thousand pesos per month and the delivery period covers from one to twelve months.
What are the requirements?
* Living in the State of Mexico.
* Not be a beneficiary or beneficiary of another state program that provides monetary support.
* Be enrolled in the dual education model of the State of Mexico
* That the economic unit of the Edomex accepts the application for dual training.
What documents do you ask for?
* The current school credential with photograph.
* Proof of enrollment for the current school year must be issued and stamped by the educational institution in which you are studying.
* The official report card or academic record with stamp, to confirm that you are a regular student or student with a minimum average of 8.
*Submit the letter of application in format A, must be issued by the principal, principal, rector or deputy academic director.
* The letter of acceptance of the economic unit, which is format B, which must be issued by the person responsible for the Dual Education Program of the company in which the student will carry out his or her internship.
* The current learning agreement with signature and seal.
* The Unique Population Registration Key (CURP).
* A valid official ID.
* The application record in D format, through which the applicant's data are collected, can be downloaded after completing the registration of the application through the page http://intranet.comecyt.edomex.gob.mx/becasdual/.

How to register?
Applicants must upload their documentation via https://comecyt.edomex.gob.mx/educacion-dual. The deadline is April 28, 2022 at 5 p.m.
* The results will be announced on May 25 through the same page.
Postgraduate scholarship
* It is aimed at those who are studying or have been accepted in the postgraduate school modality, who have all their subjects approved from the previous cycle, to prove that they have a bachelor's degree, the support consists of 7 thousand pesos per month that will be delivered for 12 months.
* The documentation they request is the same as the higher level scholarship, but the degree or professional certificate of undergraduate studies on both sides, the official postgraduate curriculum or curriculum map, the application letter issued by the higher education institution of the State of Mexico (format A) and the letter of explanation of reasons.
