Tecate Pa'l Norte, one of the most anticipated music festivals in Mexico, has caused a sensation among the audiences due to the bands and soloists that are performing. However, within the concepts that will be presented next Saturday, April 2, Alex Fernández will no longer be Alex Fernández due to logistical problems.
During the afternoon of March 30, the member of the Fernández dynasty surprised his Instagram followers with the regrettable news, he will not be able to perform the concert he had scheduled for the last day of the festival due to issues beyond his reach and the event itself, a situation that ended up changing his plans unexpectedly .
“Dear friends and followers, with regret I announce that, due to logistics issues that were not in my hands or those of the organizers, I will have to cancel my participation this Saturday in Tecate Pa'l Norte,” the statement begins.
The first-born son of El Potrillo did not want to delve into the reasons that led them to make their decision, however, he took advantage of the space to express the disappointment that he led to having to cancel his appearance at the festival when he had just resumed his performances after postponing his concerts due to the COVID- 19 and the heartfelt death of his paternal grandfather, Vicente Fernández.
“I was very excited to see them and sing my songs together, it has weighed me down a lot that this wasn't possible, but I'm sure we'll be able to do it very soon. I send them a big hug. I want them!” , he concluded.
Users of the platform quickly reacted to the statement with messages of thanks for the information, flattery for the singer and requests for concerts in other areas of the Mexican Republic. However, what attracted the most attention were the comments of fans who asked for their father's presentation instead.

“Millet if you can't send me to your daddy already knows the address”, “Don't worry, send me to your daddy”, “How nice that you have the detail of communicating it to your fans, that speaks of your nobility, education and professionalism”, “Good thing I won't go because I was just going to go for it”, “Come to the Horse Fair in Texcoco”, “Thank you for letting me know. It's a shame but there will be other opportunities,” his followers wrote.
