In Spain, Argentine attacker Luis Ezequiel 'Chimy' Ávila spun his second match scoring, in Osasuna's triumph against Levante (3-1).

Fiorentina spun their third match without knowing the defeat after signing a draw with Inter Milan (1-1) thanks to a goal by Uruguayan midfielder Lucas Torreira.

The 'charrua' opened the scoring shortly after starting the second half (50) of a right hand from the box to the center of the goal after receiving a good pass from Argentina's Nicolás González.

The midfielder, who returned to a more advanced position, scored his fourth goal in the Italian championship, all in the last three months of the competition.

For his part, Argentine driver Nicolás González signed his sixth assist in the tournament and played the entire match while Brazil's Arthur Cabral and Argentina's Lucas Martínez Quarta entered the second half.

Torreira, who had just scored the goal of the victory against Bologna (1-0), started and completed the 90 minutes on the pitch for the second consecutive time.

After a clash during the match, Torreira was left with a loose tooth and ended up taking it out himself in the middle of the court.

“One more point, one less tooth,” he joked on his social networks after the meeting.

For his part, coach Vincenzo Italiano praised the Uruguayan footballer's performance.

“(Torreira) is a fighter; a team man. I'm happy for his goal. Being a midfielder, running so much and scoring a goal is not easy,” he said.

On the part of the local team, Argentine Lautaro Martínez and Chilean Arturo Vidal were starters, while 'albiceleste' attacker Joaquín Correa, Chilean Alexis Sánchez and Ecuadorian Felipe Caicedo entered the complement.

The 'Fiore' reached 47 units, ranking seventh in the table.

Meanwhile, Inter Milan fell to third place in the table with 60 points after spinning two games without winning, with a six-point disadvantage over the leader, AC Milan (66).

- 'Chimy' Ávila was a figure in triumph against Levante -

Osasuna took an important step towards permanence after beating Levante (3-1) in a match in which, again, Argentine attacker Luis Ezequiel Ávila rose as the figure of the 'rojillo' squad.

The 28-year-old ram, who returned to action after serving a sanction against Barcelona (4-0), led the attack of the local team and set the course for the match by scoring the goal that opened the scoring.

'Chimy' waited until the final stretch of the first half (44) to put the 1-0 on the scoreboard; the Argentine sent the ball to the back of the net by a corner after receiving a good pass to the small area and being left alone against the rival goalkeeper.

Avila, who completed 68 minutes on the pitch before being replaced, thus reached four goals and one assist in the current league season.

“Chimy's goal before the break gave us peace of mind and the match was different because they had to take risks,” coach Jagoba Arrasate acknowledged after the match.

With the win, Osasuna reached 38 units, remaining tenth in the table and only two points away from virtually ensuring permanence.
