(ATR)Around the Rings will mark its coverage of the ANOC General Assembly this week with a distinct hashtag.

Interviews, podcasts and news stories from the ATR team setting up in Washington D.C. for the assembly will feature the tag #ATRDC.

The Association of National Olympic Committees opens its 20th General Assembly on Oct. 29 in Washington D.C.More than 1,200 Olympic leaders will be in D.C. for the meeting.

IOC president Thomas Bach, ANOC president Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah, secretary general Gunilla Lindberg and European Olympic chief Pat Hickey are among the roster of Olympic leaders in D.C. for the event.

Members of theAround the Rings teamare arriving in D.C. on Monday.

ATRis also hosting a reception on Oct. 27 with the help of the local organizing committee for the assembly.The reception, which begins at 5:30 p.m. EST, will take place at the TDL lounge in the Washington Hilton hotel.

The ANOC assembly wraps up on Oct. 30.
