However, his stage victory in the last stage of the Vuelta al Algarve in February contributed to the beetle win stock exchange in the year, and for the second year he was the national road champion of Colombia.

Daniel Martínez with Ineos Grenadiers had great moments this 2022 after in 2021 he could only stand out in the first months and in the Giro d'Italia helping Egan Bernal win the second Corsa Rosa for Colombia.

Soachuno won a great stage 4 victory of the Vuelta al País Vasco 2022 where he also won the overall title and the regularity shirt.

In the first days of competition of the year for Colombians, in the Vuelta al Táchira in Venezuela, the first to open the national record was Johan Colón of the Paisa Pride taking stage 1.

Stage 4 would then go to his teammate Marco Tulio Suesca to the sprint. Following the good run, also historic in the Venezuelan round, Didier Merchán premiered with Drone Hopper Androni Giocattoli with a stage victory on matchday 8, also managing to get third place on the final podium.

The Bogotá Santiago Buitrago, who plays for Bahrain Victorious, contributed his winning quota in stage 2 of the Saudi Tour, demonstrating that his years of training in the Arab squad have served.

Jhonatan Restrepo of Drone Hopper Androni Giocattoli won again in the Rwanda Tour as he has been doing for previous years. There he won the stage 3 victory in Rubavu.
