The criminal dispute between criminal groups in Guerrero showed another scene of narcoterror in Iguala, where three decapitated bodies were abandoned on a stretch of highway.
According to police reports, the bloody bodies were located around 00:00 hours on March 24, near the course leading to the community of Santa Teresa, just 20 minutes from the municipal seat.
About 10 meters from where the lifeless subjects were stacked, their heads were severed and the arm of one of them were found. Security officers arrived to guard the area and the bodies were transferred to the forensic medical service for the necropsy of law.
Authorities did not report any further details about the case, but it is presumed that the executions stemmed from drug groups that have clashed in Iguala in the last year.
