As this medium was able to verify at the time of writing this article, it is possible to enter the website, fill in the required fields and accept the conditions but the system will not process the request and will display an error message on the screen with the caption “We couldn't send the mail, please try again” .

Thank you”, asked another user with the urgency that her journey begins this very day.
