Daddy Yankee: These are the cities where the “Big Boss” will make its last presentation

Daddy Yankee surprised his fans after announcing his retirement from urban music. After 28 years of career, the king of reggaeton and who took it to another level, said goodbye by making a last tour which he called LegenDaddy Tour “The Last Lap”. There are just a few countries that will be able to appreciate their farewell from the stage and one of them is Peru.

CITIES THAT WILL SEE DADDY YANKEE FOR THE LAST TIME

Thousands of renowned urban fans and artists thanked the “DY ” for the work done and in turn regretted the announcement of his retirement. Only 14 countries will be able to see Daddy Yankee for the last time on a platform and they are: United States, Mexico, Canada, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala, San Salvador, Honduras, Dominican Republic and Panama. His presentations have been divided into 5 months, starting in August and ending in December of this year.

In the case of Peru, tickets will be sold through Teleticket, a company responsible for selling tickets for various events. So far it is not known whether there will be any pre-sale or any kind of discount or the distribution and areas of the concert.

WHY IS DADDY YANKEE RETIRING?

The “Big Boss” published an emotional video where he made it clear that after several years of career it is time to enjoy all the effort that made to catapult itself as one of the largest in the urban genre.

“This race, which was a marathon, I finally see the goal. Now I'm going to enjoy all of you and everything you've given me (...) Formally today I announce my retirement from music by giving them my best production, my best concert tour,” he said in his clip.
