The context in which the United States finds itself could offer a high-quality investment opportunity for Latin American savers. Now, how to do it as a foreigner and, even more, how to invest without having to travel to the northern country are some of the basic questions of anyone interested in doing so.

Along these lines, the fintech Spider, which has been dedicated for more than a decade to provide access to the North American market to foreign investors, proposes to use new technologies to invest in that market, backed by real estate assets. Through its Spider Connect platform, it centralizes all the solutions around an investment to be able to have everything in one place: wallet to manage capital, a marketplace where you can choose investment products, legal and accounting services to manage operations as well as property management.

However, investing through a hub does not usually encourage investors in the region enough. Doubts can delay decisions at key moments and thus let interesting opportunities pass by, with consequent damage to loss of return on capital or savings.

That is why Spider offers two free meetings with some of its referents, in order to resolve doubts and answer questions from potential investors. It will do so through two virtual events, one with the company's CEO and the other with its Marketing and Sales Manager for Latin America, who will put their experience at the service of future customers and the general public.

The first meeting will take place on Thursday, March 17 at 6 pm in Argentina. The topic of this webinar will be: Inflation in the USA: Opportunity for Latin American investors and will address the following issues:

● Current situation in the United States

● Impact of inflation on this market and its synergies with Latin America

● Real Estate Backed Investment Opportunities

The speaker will be Andrés Goldenberg, CEO of Spider. To participate for free, you must register here.

The second meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 29, at 11 am in Argentina and will focus on how to invest in property in the United States. This topic will be broken down into the following topics:

● How to invest in property in the United States as a foreigner

● Typical property investment scheme

● Opportunities starting at $65,000 in highly profitable cities (Detroit and Cleveland)

This webinar will be led by Charbel Najm, Spider Sales and Marketing Manager for LATAM. To register for free, you have to log in here.

The lectures will be given in Spanish, which is part of the proposal of Spider, a company that seeks to overcome language, geographical, legal, administrative and accounting barriers from its investment ecosystem. Through an application from the phone, it offers investors from Argentina and anywhere in the world 360° solutions and dollar returns thanks to the opportunities offered by the North American market.

The company provides access to products according to the investment objective, whether fixed income with annual net returns and quarterly collections, as well as properties with income and capitalization objectives.

The investments promoted by Spider more than ten years ago are characterized by not having a debt structure, to increase security. They are also individual cycles to have exit doors during the investment period that do not depend on third parties. You can access more information about Spider here.
