Lausanne, 29 décembre 2014, le nouveau site internet du Tribunal Arbitral du Sport (TAS) a été mis en ligne. Le site a subi quelques modifications graphiques et a été mis à jour afin d’aider les utilisateurs à trouver des informations plus facilement. En outre, pour la première fois, il permettra aux parties et à leurs avocats, de déposer des mémoires par voie électronique.

A partir de la barre de menu, les utilisateurs trouveront des informations regroupées par thèmes, tels qu’arbitrage, médiation ou jurisprudence. Les sous-menus amèneneront les utilisateurs vers les informations essentielles concernant chaque thème.
Le contenu du site a également été renouvelé et mis à jour. Les utilisateurs trouveront une jurisprudence complémentaire sous la rubrique « décisions récentes » de même que dans la base de données des archives.
