Deux Appels Deposes Au Tribunal Arbitral Du Sport (TAS) Concernant L'Affaire Carolina Kostner

Le Tribunal Arbitral du Sport (TAS) a enregistré deux appels contre la décision rendue par le Tribunal national anti-dopage italien (TNA) dans l’affaire concernant la patineuse artistique Carolina Kostner.

Le Tribunal Arbitral du Sport (TAS) a enregistré deux appels contre ladécision rendue par le Tribunal national anti-dopage italien (TNA) dans l’affaire concernant lapatineuse artistique Carolina Kostner.

Le 26 janvier 2015, suite à ses investigations, le TNA a rendu une décision dans laquelle l’athlèteitalienne s’est vue sanctionnée d’une période d’inéligibilité de 16 mois après avoir été impliquée dansune affaire de dopage concernant l’ancien marcheur italien et champion Olympique Alex Schwazer.

Carolina Kostner a fait appel contre la décision du TNA, demandant principalement son annulation etune déclaration qu’elle n’a commis aucune infraction aux règles anti-dopage. Le deuxième appel a étédéposé par le Procureur anti-dopage du Comité national Olympique italien (CONI) qui demande quela période d’inéligibilité soit portée à deux ans.

Deux procédures d’arbitrage sont en cours et sont menées conformément au Code de l'arbitrage enmatière de sport. Le TAS ne donnera pas d'autres précisions pour le moment.
