USA Triathlon today announced it has renewed its partnership with Rudy Project North America through 2024. Rudy Project is the premier supplier of sunglasses, helmets and prescription eyewear in North America for the multisport community.
As USA Triathlon’s Exclusive Eyewear and Helmet Partner for adult and youth categories since 2000, Rudy Project will continue to provide performance-elevating gear to athletes on the U.S. National Team, Toyota U.S. Paratriathlon National Team and elite development squads.
USA Triathlon annual members will continue to have access to exclusive offers and discounts through Rudy Project on rudyprojectna.com. In addition, triathletes around the nation will see Rudy Project helmets and sunglasses awarded as prizes at USA Triathlon National Championships, USA Triathlon-sanctioned events and through promotional contests.
Rudy Project will create and distribute special USA Triathlon co-branded product starting in 2021. In addition, the brand will serve as the presenting partner of the USA Triathlon Youth magazine, with a "Rudy’s Corner" content section in each issue. USA Triathlon Youth is distributed as an insert within the quarterly USA Triathlon Magazine for all USA Triathlon youth members.
"Rudy Project North America is thrilled to renew our long-standing partnership with USA Triathlon as the exclusive Eyewear and Partner for adult and youth categories," said Brad Shapiro, Principal, Rudy Project North America. "We share USA Triathlon’s goal of expanding both the breadth and diversity of the multisport community and are committed to working with USA Triathlon and its partners to succeed in this endeavor. As someone whose life has been transformed by the sport of triathlon, I wholeheartedly embrace USA Triathlon’s Power Within campaign as a powerful tool to inspire others to take part."
"Rudy Project is one of USA Triathlon’s longest-standing partners for good reason, and we are proud to continue the relationship into another Olympic and Paralympic cycle," said Rocky Harris, USA Triathlon CEO. "The brand has continued to innovate for the past two decades, consistently turning out high-performance, cutting-edge gear. Just as importantly, Rudy Project has been an invaluable partner in providing access and service to USA Triathlon members while supporting USA Triathlon’s key programs and initiatives."
