Ricardo Morán is one of the most happy parents that can exist on earth, he shows his two children proud and makes many plans with them. However, there is great pain in the midst of so many smiles, those that their children do not yet know, but which will affect them if the driver fails to solve their nationality as soon as possible, their nationality as Peruvians.
The actor notes with great indignation that his children have been suffering a kind of discrimination due to a legal vacuum in our country, since Reniec does not recognize her children Catalina and Emiliano as Peruvian citizens, a fact that is due to them because they are children of a Peruvian. However, although everything seems very simple, Ricardo has encountered obstacles along the way.
This week, the driver participated in a hearing in the judiciary, as he assures that he will reach the last consequences for his children.
“That mentality: “Let's not make trouble”, no damn it, I make trouble because (...) I want my children to be Peruvian and what they are telling me is because you are who you are, your children are not going to be (...) We all want the best for our children,” Ricardo said in an interview for Latina.

What Ricardo Morán has been able to verify is that the Penal Code protects the mothers of men who abandon them, and they can register their children alone. However, there is no law that protects boys, so that they can register only their little ones, because unfortunately we live in a country of abandoning parents.
“There are people who accuse me in networks why they let me adopt. They are my children, I did not adopt anyone, genetically they are my children (...) We are fighting for the Constitution to be respected. The Constitution says that every son of a Peruvian born anywhere in the world is entitled to register,” said the TV host, who assures that the situation is further complicated by the way he brought his children to the world, an option accepted throughout the world, but not in Peru.
It should be remembered that the producer had his children as a surrogate, so his little ones do not have a mother, since she is only an anonymous woman who donated her eggs.
IT WILL NOT TURN BACK
