Aldo Miyashiro reappeared in 'La Banda del Chino' where he expressed his shame for the ampay who starred with Fiorella Retiz whose images were broadcast on the Magaly Medina program. The TV host publicly apologized to his wife, actress Érika Villalobos and his whole family for the moment of pain that has caused them since the episode of infidelity of the popular 'Chino' was released.
“I want to apologize to my family for giving them this humiliation and shame, none of them deserve it. I want to work to repair that pain, to make up for the damage I have done and to be able to have the peace of mind necessary to be able to live somehow and try to be happy. To those who do not know me and had a certain admiration for me or affection and who have written to me from the heart, tell them that they are absolutely right, but the most disappointed of me is myself. I never imagined going through this in my life. I must say, without a doubt, that these are the worst days of my life and not so much because of the load, but because I never imagined that I could cause so much pain and I have caused it to someone who doesn't deserve it, to people who only give me love and support. I was wrong,” Miyashiro said.
At another point in his speech lasting more than 15 minutes on TV, the host of 'La Banda... 'argued that he is the only culprit of the situation and that the other people involved in the scandal have nothing to do with it.
“I am very sorry for the situation that Fiorella Retiz is experiencing because I am responsible and the culprit. I am a 46-year-old man, I am the married man who should not have passed that path... that started as a game and went too far and ended up in what they saw, in those images of kisses and caresses,” he said.
“To those who are insulting and degrading me, I ask that everything be against me. Don't involve the other parties, don't involve my family. Take out your anger with me because it was me who did it,” he said.
But what has caused outrage among users is the defense he made towards Oscar del Portal by 'cleaning' him of possible infidelity towards his wife with Fiorella Mendez, who would have spent the night in the sports journalist's apartment.
“Oscar and I are not so close, we were just getting to know each other to play together. We were trying to get together to make some matches inside. That was the origin of these meetings, which led us to this (the ampay)”, he said at first to explain why they decided to meet in the sports journalist's home.
“In those images there has been a lot of speculation about Fiorella and Oscar, it's a situation that I too have to apologize because... at a time when Fiorella was asleep and Oscar was in her room, all this happened, I didn't respect Oscar del Portal's house either,” he said.
