Former partner of Mincetur adviser denounces that their intimate photos were sent to Guido Bellido

Last Sunday, the Panorama program broadcast a testimony of Jackeline Zuñiga, the woman who for seven months suffered an ordeal at the hands of her former partner, Daniel Abarca Soto, this former MINCETUR advisor, political godson of Guido Bellido.

She reported being sexually assaulted and raped and because she had the courage to speak out, she has received all kinds of threats this week. Jackeline Zuñiga has more evidence of the vileness that was the object of these two very close individuals, both that the other advisor of the couple went on to send intimate photos of this woman to the former premier. All this in March, images that former premier Guido Bellido approved with a classic and particular emoticon.

“I don't know, right now, if Mr. Bellido or Abarca have any more pictures of me. Photos that have been taken in the intimacy of my relationship,” Jackeline Zuñiga told Panorama indignantly.

“In any case, what remains for me today is to defend myself and one way to defend myself is to inform, I have no other choice,” he added.

The relationship between the aggressor Daniel Abarca Soto and his godfather who placed him in the State, Guido Bellido, is not yet fully known.

“Since I'm not going to be disgusted, something that I never really thought of going through this situation in my existence. In what sick mind is it possible to send photographs of your wife. Nobody deserves to have their privacy invaded like this,” said Jackeline Zuñiga.

“These two masters are not healthy people. I don't know if he will ask for it or give it to him of his own free will. Of course it's my picture, we took it years ago and I never imagined that this man could do something like that,” said Jackeline Zuñiga.

The real reason that led Jackeline Zuñiga to flee from her attacker, was to see her naked photograph in the WhatsApp line of the accused, Daniel Abarca, with Guido Bellido.

“It's my picture, we took it years ago and I never imagined that man was going to be that. If there were more, I couldn't see it anymore. At that moment I got nervous and tried to gather information and as soon as that happened, I wanted to walk away. I got really bad. I collect information and as a result of this, I escape and have to flee,” he said.

Daniel Abarca Soto was Guido Bellido's countryman and his MINCETUR file, he could only shake his hand to be chief adviser to the Minister since August and earn 15,000 soles a month, without having been a public servant before his life and he brought his partner Jackeline Zuñiga from Cuzco and made her live hell. Today a judge grants him protective measures and Abarca is being denounced for violence and sexual assault.

What happened after the Panorama report on Jackeline Zuñiga?

First, leaders of Peru Libre called Zuñiga to threaten her. “On Monday I receive a call from Mrs. Ruth Huayllani, who identifies herself as the base secretary of the Cuzco region belonging to the 'Free Peru' party and threatens me in a very intimidating way and telling me that she is going to report me. They are people who are already at one extreme and threaten to denounce me and treat me with rude words,” Jackeline told Panorama.

Then, she has to deal with the harassment of Bellidistas, Jackeline told Panorama. “Now that we are reaching these extremes, I can no longer be silent,” he said.
