
A few days ago, Juan Pablo Medina opened his heart to tell his testimony about the difficult health problem that led to his loss of a leg. From that moment on, the actor resumed his social networks to share content as he used to do before and, this time, he showed the progress he has made as part of his rehabilitation process.
Whoever gave life to Iñaki Díaz in the hit series Soy tu fan surprised his fans with a short, but meaningful video that he posted on his Instagram stories. As never before, the actor captured a little of his intimacy to share that he has already managed to take his first steps with his prosthesis without the help of crutches or a cane, a reflection of the adaptation he has achieved thanks to his therapies.
The audiovisual fragment begins with Juan Pablo Medina at the end of a room, after a countdown he begins to walk with a natural rhythm while a woman takes care of him by keeping very close to his hip. During the journey, the protagonist of The Club of the Idealists managed to make his steps stable and, as soon as he reached the other end of the room, he received recognition from his companions who did not come out in the frame.
The interpreter who participated in La casa de las flores accompanied his video with some words of encouragement: “Let's go! ”. In this way, he shared with his Instagram followers, friends and family about the congratulations and showed that despite the adversities he remains optimistic to be able to walk as before.
The video was recovered on the Instagram account of Venga la Alegría, where users of the platform applauded the attitude that the actor has taken to recover. Among the reactions, respect, admiration and good wishes for Juan Pablo Medina both in his personal and professional life stood out.

It all started in mid-2021, when the performer of Amor de mis amores was on a recording set. According to the interview he gave for GQ Mexico magazine, he was working normally when he began to feel very bad, he tried to move forward with the project so as not to delay the production team, however, the pains were so intense that he could not continue.
Already in the hospital they detected that he had suffered a cardiac arrest. After hours of anguish, the doctors told him that his life was at risk and the only solution was to amputate a leg.
