Juventus, with Juan Guillermo Cuadrado as the starter, and Inter Milan starred in the most exciting game of Serie A this weekend. The Turin team fell for the slightest difference and moved away from the possibility of a new Scudetto.

The first minutes of those led by Massimiliano Allegri showed their desire to get into third place in the table, three points behind AC Milan, who will play their match on Monday for matchday 31. They printed intensity in each play until they subdued their rivals.

Giorgio Chiellini crashed the ball on the stick, Paulo Dybala was uneasy from the middle distance and Juan Guillermo Cuadrado left Morata in the face of the goal on two clear occasions, but luck did not accompany him at the time of defining.

To the bad luck of Vecchia Signora, Manuel Locatelli, one of the most incisive footballers in the midfield, retired injured: although the severity of the physical discomfort is unknown, the worst is expected, given that he withdrew from the playing field in tears.

As the one in football who does not score the goals sees them do, it was Inter Milan, who had not reached the rival portico, who scored the first shot on the scoreboard. After a childish Morata stomp towards a rival in the area guarded by Wojciech Szczęsny, from the 12 steps Hakan Calhanoglu scored.

In the first instance, the Polish goalkeeper saved the penalty, but the collection had to be repeated after an invasion of the small area. Already on the second occasion, Calhanoglu, with a powerful shot did not spare. Cuadrado, for his part, demanded so much to the central judge that he received the yellow card.

The second part of the commitment for matchday 31 of Serie A was not much different from the first, Juventus was the one I was looking for the most, but it had little clarity when it came to defining. The finish that stood out the most, in the 72nd minute, was that of the Swiss Denis Zakaria, who replaced Locatelli: unfortunately the ball crashed into the right downspout of the arc guarded by Handanovic.

Although Cuadrado was one of the best players of the match, perhaps the best in Juventus, especially due to his physical deployment both in attack and defense, he was replaced in the 84th minute by Federico Bernardeschi. Simultaneously, Frenchman Adrien Rabiot also withdrew from the field to make way for Brazilian Arthur.

After the defeat, Juventus placed fourth in Calcio. Meanwhile, those commanded by Simone Inzaghi continued to be third. They are 6 points behind Napoli and 6 points behind Inter Milan, but with the advantage of having a pending match.

The next match for the Turin team will be on 9 April, against Cagliari, just three points away from relegation positions. On the other hand, Inter Milan will visit Hellas Verona.
