Guerrero authorities identified the six victims whose heads were discovered Thursday morning above the awning of a vehicle in the municipality of Chilapa, Guerrero.

The Attorney General's Office of Guerrero (FGE), according to local reports, confirmed that the six men had been kidnapped a week before their remains appeared next to a cardboard written by organized crime.

The victims' families went to the facilities of the Forensic Medical Service (Semefo) on Friday for the identification process. However, only the body of Jesús Alberto, a 27-year-old boy who had been last seen on Saturday, March 26, could be delivered when a group of armed men broke into his home and took him away by force.

Another body was identified as Eduardo, 28 years old, and according to the report of the authorities who attended the crime, it was established that two of the victims, whose names were not revealed, were brothers.

According to police reports, the human remains were located this Thursday morning at 6:45 a.m. in black and transparent plastic bags, “inside a gray Pointer type vehicle”, with HCX7649 plates, on Eucaria Apreza boulevard, in the La Villa neighborhood.

“In Chilapa it is strictly forbidden to sell and consume glass, kidnap, collect pee and steal. This will happen to those who go around giving blowjobs. All these crimes carry capital punishment and the rules are enforced because they are followed. The square has an owner and is respected”, read in the message written on a poster board and hung between two trees.

The Ministerial Investigating Police and staff of the Forensic Medical Service moved to the site. So far, experts from the Attorney General's Office (FGE) continue to carry out the proceedings.

On March 25, in Iguala, Guerrero, three decapitated bodies were abandoned on a stretch of road.

According to police reports, the bloody bodies were located around 20:50 on March 24, near the course leading to the community of Santa Teresa, just 20 minutes from the municipal seat. The men were around 30 and 40 years old.

About 10 meters from where the lifeless subjects were stacked, their heads were severed and the arm of one of them were found. Security officers arrived to guard the area and the bodies were transferred to the forensic medical service for the necropsy of law.

Authorities did not report any further details about the case, but it is presumed that the executions stemmed from drug groups that have clashed in Iguala in the last year.

Evelyn Salgado, governor who took office after last year's elections, has reiterated the strategic versions of the administration headed by Andrés Manuel López Obrador. In the face of criminal acts, it ensures that all this will be dealt with whenever root causes are attacked, for example, with the use of social programs.

But the people of Guerrero continue to suffer episodes of terror provoked by organized crime groups. According to a report published by International Crisis Group, at least 40 groups are fighting for a diverse criminal portfolio, including activities such as drug production and trafficking, as well as extortion and kidnapping.
