Daniel Bisogno returned to the public eye after being skeptical of Sarah Nichols' complaint against actor Pascacio Lopez, who was recently linked to the trial by the crime of rape.
And it all started on March 16, 2022, when a judge in Jalisco issued the arrest warrant against the artist, who was arrested in Mexico City and transferred to Guadalajara, to carry out his legal process.
In this regard, last Tuesday, the actor from Guerra de Vecinos was linked to the trial and, therefore, will be held in informal preventive detention after the authorities found sufficient evidence to authorize the Public Prosecutor's Office for further investigation.
It was before this news that the drivers of the evening Ventaneando commented during a broadcast of the program El Caso. This, after Nichols recently gave an interview for the show hosted by Pati Chapoy.
Thus, while they mentioned that Pascacio would remain in prison for a while, Daniel Bisogno did not hold back and explode when comparing the situation with what happened to Pablo Lyle, famous who was accused of murder in Miami, but who took his trial free.
In this regard, the driver of Ventaneando declared that it would be difficult for López to remain in detention for this time and criticized the legal processes that exist in Mexico regarding crimes of violence against women.
“They already leave him in jail for four months, those do not recover whether he is guilty or not. It can't happen like that,” Bisogno commented.
The show host took the opportunity to comment on some messages leaked between Sarah Nichols and Pascacio Lopez that days earlier the same program released.
“It jumps a little bit, of course both parties have the benefit of the doubt, but after seeing these messages it does seem that there was a kind of relationship,” he said.
The response from netizens quickly appeared and several of them criticized Bisogno's stance on the case.

This is not the first time that the actor from Chiapas has been singled out for his violent behavior against his ex-partners or stage mates.
