There is less and less time left to meet the winner of I am, New Generation. This Thursday, March 17, the program presented a special edition in which different imitators who have had a chair in the reality show in the past challenged the so-called 'consecrated' to get a new opportunity and reach the final.

Mauri Stern, Katya Palma, George Henderson and Janick Maceta had the difficult task of choosing the best 4 imitators among the 8 who performed tonight. The program was full of different battles and began with José José, who presented a mix of the songs “Volcán and Amor Amor”, while Pedro Infante sang “Amorcito Corazón”. Luigui Cruz stayed in the competition.

Let us remember that, during the time that the two participated in the competition, the jury always had good comments for both of them and at the time they were the favorites of the public. They even beat other imitators who came to challenge them.

Likewise, there was a confrontation between the impersonator of Natalia Jiménez, who played the song “Broken Dreams “against the Amaia Montero imitator who showed off with “Paris”. After listening to both presentations, the jury voted for Samira Saucedo, the imitator of the Spanish singer.

Another battle that managed to make the public and fans vibrate was that of the imitators of Raul Romero against Mon Laferte. He performed with “Learning english”, while the little artist sang “Tormento”. After listening to them, the jury gave their vote to Sharik Arevalo, imitator of the Chilean singer.

After the first three battles, it was Thalia's turn versus Hector Lavoe. Both received the applause of the jury, but it was Danniel Reyes, imitator of the salsa singer, who took the pass to the grand final that will take place this Friday, March 18.

This is how it culminated in choosing each imitator who will sing in the final. Each one will fight for first place and the grand prize. The last battles will be broadcast on the Latina signal at the usual time of 8:30 p.m.

It should be noted that in this edition, each battle only had the vote of three juries to avoid a draw. In addition, they did not hesitate to applaud and standing ovation to each imitator when they culminated in their presentations.
