Ukrainian authorities reported the death of seven civilians in Chernigov and Donetsk and the shelling of the Dnipropetrovsk region by Russian troops on the 20th day of the invasion.

The Chernigov Prosecutor's Office began a pre-trial investigation into the shooting of three young men by the Russian Army in the region.

The Attorney General's Office reported on Telegram that “under the procedural instructions of the prosecutor's office of the Chernigov region, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in violation of the laws and customs of war and with a premeditated murder.”

On the other hand, at least 4 people were killed and 3 injured in the Donetsk region this Tuesday.

“The Russians killed 4 more inhabitants of the region. In addition, today we clarified information about the death of two more people in Yatskivka and about two in Mariupol in an air strike on March 10. Therefore, Kyrylenko said that the total number of victims of Mariupol and Volnovaya could not yet be determined.

Several Ukrainian sources reported on Tuesday that Russian troops took patients and medical staff hostage in a besieged hospital.Ukrainian city of Mariupol.

According to the BBC, Deputy Mayor Sergei Orlov, Mariupol, said: “We have received information that the Russian army has taken over the largest hospital, and we are using patients and doctors as hostages. We can confirm this information, and the governor of the Donetsk region also confirmed this confirmation. I received information that there were 400 people there.”

It is reported that the Russian army took about 400 people from neighboring houses to a local intensive care hospital on the outskirts of Mariupol, where they are now held hostage.
