Rio City Hall announced today the latest balance for the Olympic Game’s work. From the list of 16 new facilities being built for the Games, two are already finished and another 6 reached 90% to their completion. Five Arenas are over 80% to their completion: Arena of the Future, Aquatic Stadium, MPC and the hotel – those at the Olympic Park – and the Olympic Whitewater Stadium in Deodoro.

From the pictures, it is possible to see, among other things, that the Aquatic Stadium’s rooftop is almost done and the Velodrome has a rooftop halfway through to be fully installed. It is also visible one of the four secondary tennis courts with its finished flooring; Youth Arena’s full structure and the obstacles at the Olympic Whitewater Stadium.
