Miami (lunes, 8 de abril de 2019) – La Confederación de Norte, Centroamérica y el Caribe de Fútbol Asociación (Concacaf) y Beach Soccer Worldwide (BSWW) realizaron hoy el sorteo oficial para el Campeonato de Beach Soccer 2019 de Concacaf, en la Calle Independencia de Puerto Vallarta, México.
La edición 2019 del evento bianual de Concacaf, que se llevará a cabo con el apoyo del Gobierno Municipal de Puerto Vallarta, contará con la participación de los 16 mejores equipos nacionales de fútbol playa de la región. Los dos conjuntos mejor clasificados en la competición se asegurarán, además, la clasificación para la Copa del Mundo de Beach Soccer de la FIFA Paraguay 2019.
El sorteo, que organizó a los 16 equipos participantes en cuatro grupos, fue conducido por el Jefe de Fútbol de Concacaf, Manolo Zubiria.
Los grupos para el Campeonato de Beach Soccer 2019 de Concacaf son los siguientes (listados en el orden sorteados):

Después de la fase de grupos, los primeros y segundos lugares de cada grupo avanzarán a los cuartos de final. Los ganadores de los cuartos de final avanzarán a las semifinales. Los ganadores de las semifinales se clasificarán automáticamente para la final del torneo, así como para la Copa Mundial de Beach Soccer de la FIFA Paraguay 2019.
En la última edición del Campeonato de Beach Soccer de Concacaf en las Bahamas, Panamá superó a México en la final, para obtener su primer título de fútbol playa.
