(ATR) Around the Rings was part of a special advance tour of the Athens 2004 museum, set to open in Olympia.
The museum is located at the International Olympic Academy in Olympia.
A joint project with the IOA and the Hellenic Olympic Committee, a special non-profit organization had to be created to for the museum.
When finished, it will have dedicated space for Olympic researchers and academicians who are studying at the Academy.
Millions of documents, from officials’ emails to printed manuals will be archived at the museum as will other mementos.
The museum’s inauguration is part of the ten year anniversary celebrations for the Athens Olympics.
