The announcement comes as some of the world's best figure-skaters prepare to compete in the high profile ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating 2006/2007 Cup of Russia, taking place in Moscow from 23 to 26 November 2006.BR>BR>Maria Butyrskaya, the silver prize-winner of the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating 1998/1999,World and three-time European Champion gold-medallist and six-time Russian Champion, will play an active role in ensuring Sochi's Bid meets the needs of winter sporting athletes.
