FIFA has invited prospective tenderers to submit proposals for the FIFA Public Food & Beverage Concession operations at the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ and FIFA Confederations Cup Russia 2017.

The FIFA Public Food & Beverage Concessionaire Programme is the programme which FIFA will oversee to cater food and beverage for general stadium ticket holders at both tournaments. The main objective of the tender is to provide quality products across all venues, with strong encouragement to also highlight regional culinary specialities.

Across both events, an estimated 3.7 million tickets will be available to the general public for matches at the 12 FIFA World Cup and four FIFA Confederations Cup stadiums, and the Public Food & Beverage Concessionaire Programme will play a major role in their matchday experience. The programme will also provide temporary jobs for thousands of local Russian workers in the eleven Host Cities.

At the 2014 FIFA World Cup™, over 12,000 temporary jobs were created for Brazilian citizens at public concession stands with over 3.1 million food and beverage transactions taking place at the stadiums over the course of the competition.
