• Games Budget: $176,058,000 (in USD)

• Opening/Closing Ceremony: Olympic Stadium, 65,000 capacity

• Paralympic Village: International Zone of the Olympic Village and part of the adjoining Residential Zone

• Paralympic IBC/ MPC Location: IFEMA (same as Olympics)

Rio de Janeiro

• Dates: Wednesday, September 7, 2016 to Sunday, September 18, 2016

• Games Budget: $170,063 (in USD thousands)

• Opening/Closing Ceremony: Maracana Stadium, 90,000 capacity

• Paralympic Village: Olympic Village

• Paralympic IBC/ MPC Location: Rio Olympic Park Precinct (same as Olympics)

Tokyo

• Dates: Tuesday, August 30, 2016 to Sunday, September 11, 2016

• Games Budget: $126,353,000 (in USD)

• Opening/Closing Ceremony: Olympic Stadium, 100,000 capacity

• Paralympic Village: six floors of the Olympics

• Paralympic IBC/ MPC Location: Tokyo Big Sight (same as Olympics)
