
The Olympians Reunion Centre by EY is available for hire for NOAs, NOCs, International Federations and other members of the Olympic Family who are looking for an impressive, affordable and accessible event venue during this summer’s Olympic Games.
Situated at the iconic Club de Regatas do Flamengo on the shores of Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas in the heart of Rio, the Olympians Reunion Centre by EY promises an unforgettable event and hospitality space and the WOA is pleased to offer interested parties the unique opportunity to create their own exclusive events within the venue.
Accommodating up to 200 people, the flexible function space has affordable catering options and is perfect for business meetings, networking events and cocktail parties both day and night. With Wi-Fi, big screen TVs and inspiring photographic installations celebrating Olympism, the venue provides guests with a great environment to take in all the action from the Olympic Games.
As well as being an ideal function venue, the Olympians Reunion Centre by EY will also act as an Olympian drop-in centre during the Games, bringing together current and retired Olympians within an informal environment to reunite with past acquaintances, form new friendships and share their Olympic stories. It will honour the athletes who make the Olympic Games the spectacle they are and secure the legacy of all those who have competed throughout its history making the venue the perfect backdrop for any Olympic Family events.
The Olympians Reunion Centre by EY is opposite the Olympic Rowing and Canoe venue, is a T3 Olympic transport stop and is near to the world famous Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, offering guests a memorable Olympic experience.
