Oswaldo de Rivero, ambassador of Peru to the United States, revealed details of the attack that suffered, on Wednesday morning, the building of the Peruvian embassy located in Washington. He indicated that the attacker, who ended up being killed by the police, was a tall and blond young man, approximately 20 years old.
De Rivero regretted that the case ended with the death of the young man, who he said appeared to be under the influence of drugs, since he said nothing and did not heed the police warnings. The guy carried a metal rod with which he broke the windows.
